These are places where decisions matter. And behind every smooth operation, there’s a service coordinator making it happen – you.
The role: Service Coordinator
You are the link between our clients and our technical teams. You keep the engine running by ensuring all service requests are handled with precision, speed, and care. You don’t just coordinate — you create calm in complexity.
Your responsibilities:
Service coordination:
- Manage service emails and handle incoming client requests by phone.
- Schedule site visits and arrange access to client locations.
- Prepare service assignments with all the right documents and technical info.
- Align with the sales team on client-specific expectations.
- Finalize service reports, log incidents, and handle financial administration.
- Spot patterns in technical issues and feed these insights back to design and engineering.
Complaint handling:
- Log and analyze complaints; draft detailed reports.
- Work with sales, operations, and R&D to identify root causes and decide if changes in design or construction are needed.
- Keep clients informed throughout the process and archive all documentation properly.
What you bring:
- MBO degree in a technical field (e.g., mechanical or electrical engineering).
- Affinity with technology and service environments.
- Fluent Dutch and basic English skills.
- Comfortable working with MS Office; strong organizational skills.
- Available for a minimum of 32 hours per week.
- Key traits: proactive, structured, communicative, result-oriented, and hands-on.
