How our job application procedure works

Step 1: The first impression

Ralf will welcome you to our office for an introductory interview. We are curious about you, what your ambitions are and whether you fit the CREON team. What is your mindset and does it suit our company culture? We want to become better acquainted with you as a person. If there is a ‘click’ we will invite you to a second interview.

Step 2: The second date

The second interview will take place with Ralf and Imke. We will go through all the ins and outs of CREON with you and explain the job vacancy. Subsequently, we will delve deeper into your knowledge and experience. We will study your CV and see if you have the skills to properly substantiate the position.

Step 3: The real deal

Depending on the position you are applying for we will ask you to draw up an assessment or case, or to come in for a day with one of our colleagues. This gives us a good impression of your skills, your level and what you could add to our team.

Step 4: An offer you can't refuse

If – after the above – you are still just as enthusiastic about CREON as we are about you, we will draw up a contract proposal with the accompanying labour conditions for you. We are super enthusiastic to welcome you to CREON!
