An SLA includes two components: preventive and corrective work. Preventive maintenance takes place periodically. This is usually once a year, but more frequent is also possible. For corrective work, we determine in advance in the SLA how quickly the technician must be on site to carry out the repair.
There are three standard SLA options. Before you enter into an agreement with us, we are happy to discuss the options with you.
